License Activation

After purchasing a license, you will receive a unique license key via email. To activate:

1. Download the plugin from your dashboard
2. Install and activate the plugin on your WordPress site
3. Navigate to the plugin settings page
4. Enter your license key in the activation field
5. Click "Activate" to enable all features

Site Limits and Enforcement

Each license has a maximum number of websites where it can be activated:

• Solo: 1 active website installation
• Startup: 1 active website installation
• Agency: Up to 100 active website installations
• Lifetime: Unlimited active installations

If you need to move your license to a different website, you can deactivate it from one site and activate it on another through your dashboard. Site limits are enforced through our license validation system.

License Transfers

Licenses are tied to your account and can be transferred between your own websites. If you wish to transfer a license to a different person or organization, please contact our support team. License transfers may be subject to approval and administrative fees.

Renewals and Expiration

Annual Plans (Solo, Startup, Agency)

• Licenses automatically renew annually unless cancelled
• You'll receive reminder emails before renewal
• If not renewed, the plugin continues to work but no updates/support
• You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard

Lifetime Plan

• One-time payment, no renewals required
• Lifetime access to all updates and features
• Permanent priority support included
• Best long-term value for agencies and developers

Updates and Upgrades

All active licenses receive:

• Free updates including new features and improvements
• Security patches and bug fixes
• WordPress compatibility updates
• WooCommerce compatibility updates

If you wish to upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier (e.g., Solo to Agency), contact support. We'll credit your current license value toward the upgrade.

Support Included

All licenses include professional support:

• Solo & Startup: Email support during business hours (24-48 hour response)
• Agency & Lifetime: Priority email support (12-24 hour response)

Support includes installation assistance, configuration help, troubleshooting, and bug reports. Custom development work is not included but can be quoted separately.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all annual licenses. If you're not satisfied with the plugin, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Lifetime licenses have a 60-day money-back guarantee. After the guarantee period, licenses are non-refundable.

License Validation System

Our plugin uses a secure license validation system to ensure compliance:

Development and Staging Sites

Development and staging sites do not count toward your site limit, provided they are on localhost, private domains, or clearly marked as non-production environments. This allows you to safely test updates and configurations before deploying to live sites.
